"Sleep disorders are diverse and can affect all aspects of one's health including physical and mental health, relationship, work-life and quality of life. I believe my role as a sleep medicine provider is to provide compassionate care based on scientific evidence. I enjoy working with patients--together we are a team with the goal of improving sleep, wellness and achieving optimal health. Sarah James is board-certified in American Nurse Credentialing Center and Adult Health Nurse Practitioner. She received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Vermont, in Burlington and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Ms. James received her Master of Science in nursing from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston. Prior to joining Swedish Sleep Medicine, her medical experience and background include internal medicine and cardiology. She is a member of the American Association of Sleep Medicine."
