  • Gin Yang

    Pilates Instructor

Gin started her Pilates journey 12 years ago. She became obsessed with Pilates as it truly changed her body and lifestyle personally. She has done Kung-Fu for 15 years, and has been teaching for about 8 years. While working full-time in sales, she made her way through the Pilates instructor certification process, and has been teaching over a year and a half. Her favorite move is anything with spine strengthening. A fun fact about her is that she has a French bulldog named Eggroll (with a substantial instagram following)!

  • Nikoleta Kasapaki

    Instructor

Nikoleta fell in love with Pilates when an injury in her lower back forced her to stop her career as a Zumba Instuctor. She recognized how good Pilates can be for her body and right away felt passionate to help other people as well! She is certified with BASI and AF studies. Her favorite exercise is Pike! Nikoleta is from Greece; so a fun fact is the accent you will experience in her classes! What's your favorite part of teaching? 1)When I teach my students to control their body, use their muscles to their benefits and I see that comes into action is my favorite part! What excites you when your students accomplish something? 2)When I see my students accomplish progress with their bodies, better posture, more flexibility, mobility and strength excites me the most!

  • Abigail Brooke

    Instructor

Abigail fell in love with Pilates after accidents left her with back injuries. She found that Pilates helped her not just being to recover, but continue her love of new fitness challenges. Since starting Pilates she has run 4 marathons, countless half marathons, participated in open water group swims, began group road cycling, and hiked/backpacked throughout Colorado. She believes that Pilates is not only the key to helping people stay active, but also has an extremely positive effect on people mentally. During her classes she loves to add variations so clients always feel challenged.

  • Diana Garcia

    Instructor

The body is a creative force and I believe movement provided access to empowerment, mindfulness, and self-discovery. I also believe that exploring movement is a pathway to living a diverse, flexible, healthy life. To achieve these things, it is important to first respect out bodies and appreciate what we all obviously have in common-we all have a body no matter where we come from. By posing physical and mental challenges, encouraging experimentation with movement and ideas, and leading discussion of how conscious movement can benefit individuals and society, I see my role as a teacher to help students understand consciousness and develop awareness through movement. I want students to apply what they learn and think/move critically and creatively not just in class but during their daily activities.

  • Candi Nicholson

Owner: Queen Anne & South Lake Union

I have enjoyed a full career and life working for many of the best corporate brands in the market, Nordstrom, Tommy Bahama and currently at AWS (Amazon). I've always wanted to run my own business but was a little apprehensive, and a little unsure but knew I wanted to do something in fitness. I dabbled in Pilates when I was younger but it was a big financial commitment as it always had to be private. When I found that Club Pilates was accessible to everyone I was extremely excited and knew this was it! After opening my first studio on Queen Anne, there are two things I love, the members and the transformations I see everyday. EVERYONE is welcome and I love the range of diversity and skill from those that have never experienced Pilates to the more seasoned practitioners. The personality and acceptance everyone has in the studio is a life changing.
