    Terria has always had the passion to care for others. She began her career in the Health care industry working with the elderly. In the year 2000 she decided that she needed to spend more time with her three children and opened a child care center in her home. Her business out grew her home and three years later she opened a center in Tacoma. After finishing school, Terria wanted to teach so she excepted a position as a Preschool Teacher in June of 2012. After working as a Discovery Preschool Teacher for two months she was promoted to be the Center's Program Manager. With her knowledge, skills and passion for education she was promoted eight months later as the Center Director here at Southtown. Terria is dedicated to making each child's experience away from their loved ones full of fun, laughter, learning and love.

    <p><!--block-->Melissa is a friendly, easy going mother of three. She has always had a passion for kids. Melissa has worked with children since she was in high school. She was an after school tutor for four years. She then worked in the medical field for a year and realized that her calling was helping and working with children.<br>&nbsp;<br>When she moved to Seattle, she was offered a position with our company as a floating teacher. Soon after, she was able to be a lead teacher for our school age program and then she became the center's employee representative. Six months later, she became an assistant director for South Seattle KinderCare. She has been the assistant director at South Seattle KinderCare for a year and half now. Since she has started with our company, she has received her CDA and is going to further her education. Melissa has been an employee at KinderCare for four years and has enjoyed every aspect.&nbsp;</p>
