Description

I chose medicine after serving in the Peace Corps in Cameroon. I saw how hard people worked to get basic care and how many lives were lost to preventable diseases. That experience inspired me to help make a change, and it still guides how I care for patients today. My clinical interests include gender-affirming care, integrative medicine, substance use disorder, women's health, and global health. I also perform procedures such as skin biopsies, IUD and Nexplanon insertions, joint injections, and obstetric care.
