Description
My focus is on helping each person figure out the unique puzzle of how to enjoy food and fuel their body so they can live an enjoyable life. Cooking was always a positive part of my life, I even thought about culinary school. It was a natural fit for me to learn more about the interactions between food and health. I enjoy helping others understand what their connections are.
