Description
The Burn and Plastic Surgery Clinics at Harborview Medical Center offer outpatient care for adults and children with small acute burns and other acute and chronic wounds, as well as plastic reconstructive injuries. We treat a variety of conditions, including traumatic injuries to the face and jaw, skin disorders with skin loss, lacerations, pressure sores, ulcers, keloids, congenital defects, skin tumors, nerve/tendon injuries, and amputations. Patients receive wound care, dressing changes, and outpatient physical therapy, including scar control. Our care team includes board-certified burn surgeons, plastic surgeons, registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, social workers, and other medical professionals.
