Clinical Lab and Blood Draw at UW Medical Center – Roosevelt is one of eight conveniently located UW Medicine walk-in blood draw labs in Seattle. No appointment is required. Patients and members of the broader community with a physician's order can have their blood drawn and urine collected for various health tests. The main lab processes the samples and records the results in the patient's electronic medical record for review by the ordering provider. The provider then communicates the results to the patient. Non-UW patients must have physician orders on a UW Laboratory Medicine requisition form.
