The Birth Center at UW Medical Center – Montlake is dedicated to patient- and family-centered care during labor, birth, and recovery, providing you with the birth experience you desire. Our services are right-sized for women who need care for either low or high-risk pregnancies. We offer private, roomy suites for your comfort during and after giving birth, with the amenities you expect. Additionally, we offer ongoing GYN care for prenatal conditions such as placenta previa and gestational diabetes. Should your baby need extra care after birth, you can rest assured that our Level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is nearby and able to provide all of the special monitoring, treatments, and care your baby needs.
