Supplements, apparel, & home equipment! Your entire program is designed to provide you with customized training lessons designed to progress. The semi-private learning environment at our onsite location is built for progressing clients new to personal trainer, putting fitness first, or just aren't into big busy gyms. But, we also train everyone else from athletes, to post-injury rehab patients. Tommy is always here for you! He is not here to just sell you PT but take your growing knowledge & translates it into an effective road map to help you achieve your goals.
