To server all our water property buyer’s and sellers we are licensed vessel broker’s, specializing in Seattle-Houseboats. We are the founders of L.U.L.A. (Lake Union Liveaboard Association) and strive to protect the liveaboard community on Lake Union, of which we are a part of and the waters where we live and specialize in the Floating Homes afloat in the Seattle area and around the Puget Sound. Our businesses were founded and continue to operate on the concept of doing business by Referral, we have chosen to spend the majority of our time working to better serve our clients.   There are very few brokers out there that possess all of the qualities and skills that Christy has which match up so well with the Special Agents philosophy and business model. Christy, who lives on a houseboat, has 2 rental houseboats and a condo rental property, brings knowledge and experience not only with houseboats but with a variety of land based properties, including single family homes, condos, live-work lofts, and investment properties. Most importantly, Christy brings a strong set of moral and work ethics, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a sense of entrepreneurship that aligns very with the Special Agents style.   Julie brings with her expertise in Property Management, communication, business and education. She is enthusiastic and passionate about her work and forming long term relationships. With 20 years of experience managing rental properties in the Puget Sound area, she is very knowledgeable about the Seattle and Eastside real estate marker but wants to work where she is needed.
